We built Dory because we had the problem ourselves
Not a research project. Not VC-funded AI hype. Dory exists because we kept seeing the same thing in consulting and at some point stopped just talking about it.
Where we come from
For years, we helped companies integrate AI into their day-to-day work. As consultants, product people, and engineers.
And we kept seeing the same thing: pilot projects that start well and end up in a drawer three months later. Not because the technology is bad. But because nobody made sure it actually landed in people’s daily routines.
At some point it became clear: the problem isn’t the tool. The problem is that someone needs to set it up, adapt it, and keep it running. And that person usually doesn’t exist in a 20-person company.
So we built Dory. An AI assistant directly connected to your HubSpot, which we configure for your setup so you can focus on the business.
We use Dory every day
Dory runs in our own sales, in our projects, in our research. After every client call, Dory updates our CRM. Before every meeting, we have a briefing. Follow-ups don’t get forgotten.
When something doesn’t work, we notice first and fix it.
This isn’t marketing. It’s how we work.

Thomas comes from product organisations and agencies, over ten years at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and what technology can actually do. He’s the one who asks: “Does this solve the real problem?” Usually more often than is comfortable.

Alisa brings deep technical expertise to every project, connecting advanced engineering with real-world results. With experience across backend systems, DevOps, and machine learning, she focuses on building AI solutions that are dependable, transparent, and easy to maintain.
