You pay for what Dory does, counted in credits. Everything is included for everyone: unlimited team members, every Integration, every model, every feature. The amount is the only thing you choose, and every credit gets cheaper the more you commit.

First, what a credit buys.

A credit tracks the real computing work behind an answer, so cost varies: a quick question on a fast model is cheap, a long research answer on a top model can cost a hundred times more.

You pay for what Dory does, including what she does on her own. The whole list is here. Nothing else is counted, and looking at your own work is always free.

Pay as you go is a real way to use Dory, not a waiting room. Sign up, use the trial credits, buy more when you need them. Same Dory, same features, same unlimited team.

And if you never want to think about it: switch on automatic top-ups, and Dory keeps a small balance ready with your saved card, within a monthly limit you set.

Every amount includes the same thing: unlimited team members, unlimited Integrations, every model, every feature. Above 1,000,000 the rate stays €2.86, so there is nothing to outgrow and no price to negotiate.

When a month is not enough.

Buy extra credits any time From €20 to €2,000 per purchase, at your own rate. They land instantly and never expire.

Or let Dory top up for you Optional and off until you switch it on. Dory buys credits when the balance runs low, within a monthly ceiling you set. Works with or without a subscription.

One expiry rule Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits you buy never do, and the trial credits don't either.

Change your amount any time Up, down, or cancel. The new amount applies from your next billing date. Need more this month? Extra credits are the faster answer.

The money questions.

What exactly is a credit?: The unit Dory counts work in. Answers, web research, transcription and Dory's own background work all cost credits, because real computing sits behind them. Reading, searching and exporting your own work is free.
Why do you need my card for a free trial?: It keeps throwaway signups out, nothing more. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose it yourself. You pay when you buy credits or set a monthly amount, not before.
What happens when my credits run out?: Dory stops spending, nothing else changes. Buy credits, switch on automatic top-ups, or set a monthly amount. Nothing is charged unless you choose it yourself.
Do unused credits roll over?: Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits you buy never expire, and neither does the trial grant.
Can I change my monthly amount?: Any time, up or down, or cancel it entirely. The new amount applies from your next billing date. Need more right now? Buy extra credits instead.
What if I need more than the slider shows?: Above 1,000,000 credits a month, every 1,000 costs €2.86, however much you need. That is the published rate, and there is no sales call: write to support@dory-ai.com and we set it up.
Do you have discounts?: One. NGOs and non-profits get Dory at cost, covering what the computing, hosting and payment fees really cost us. Write to support@dory-ai.com. Everyone else pays the published rate, which is how we keep it honest.
Which payment methods can I use?: Card and PayPal. Link works too, as a faster way to pay by card. Signing up for the trial itself needs a card.
What happens if I cancel?: Your data stays. You can read and export everything, credits you bought remain spendable, and you can come back whenever you like.
Do prices include VAT?: Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout based on your country, and your invoice states it properly.
