2. Overview & Purpose

DoryAI uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and Google Analytics to analyse user interaction, generate statistics, and optimise our services.

3. Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. However, tags deployed via the Tag Manager (e.g. Google Analytics) can collect personal data. The legal basis is your prior consent via a consent tool, and in certain cases legitimate interests.

4. Google Analytics

4.1 General / Functionality

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. It collects usage data including page views, session duration, bounce rate, and user origin. IP anonymisation is enabled, truncating your IP address before transmission to Google.

4.2 Legal Basis & Consent

The use of Google Analytics requires your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

4.3 Data Processing Agreement & Cross-Border Transfers

A Data Processing Agreement ensures GDPR compliance. Data transfers to third countries are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.

4.4 Opt-Out / Browser Plugin

You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or disable tracking cookies in your browser settings.

5. Purpose Limitation & Retention Period

Data is used solely for analytics purposes. Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default before deletion or anonymisation.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights:
